We are a small, family owned business. We purchased A Moment in Time Designs from another family in October, 2003. Since that time, we have added new products and updated the website. What is pre-ordering and what is the benefit? Pre-ordering is ordering announcements prior to your baby or babies birth. Select and pay for your announcements and we will send you the envelopes early so you can address them while waiting for baby(ies). Just type "preorder" in the baby name or birth information fields on the order page. Then when the baby arrives, e-mail the baby's information to preorder@amomentintimedesigns.com and we will e-mail you a proof, then ship them immediately after receiving confirmation of your proof from you. What if I want a proof before shipment? All of our announcements and invitations are custom-printed, with the information you provide to us. Every order includes an e-mailed proof, and your order is not processed until approval is received from you, our customer. How are the announcements and invitations shipped? All of our orders are shipped via Priority Mail. Shipping charge is a flat $6.95 for orders in the United States, and $16.99 to Canada. What is the minimum purchase? Are announcements assembled? Minimum order is 25 unassembled announcements or invitations. We can assemble them for you and tie the ribbons for a slight fee ($0.50 each). We can also print your return address on the envelopes at your request ($0.25 each). Do I have to order online? Although ordering online is safe, secure, and the quickest way to process your order, you may also order by e-mailing us your information, or by calling.
